What we collect

When you book a consultation or contact us through this website, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and the answers you give about your hair and goals. We also collect basic information about how you found us (for example, which ad or link brought you here) so we can understand what works.

How we use it

We use your information to schedule and confirm your appointments, send you reminders, answer your questions, follow up after your visit, and let you know when it is time for your next appointment or maintenance service. We may also use it to improve our services and our website.

Text messages (SMS)

By providing your phone number and booking a consultation or appointment, you agree to receive text messages from Wow Beauty Centre about your appointments. These include booking confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling and follow-up messages, and occasional messages about maintenance or services you have asked about. Message frequency varies depending on your appointments. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at +1 858-306-1006 or olya@wowbeautycentre.com. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

We do not sell or share your phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Your mobile information is used only by Wow Beauty Centre to communicate with you as described here.

Sharing

We share your information only with the service providers that help us run the salon, such as our appointment scheduling, messaging, and email platforms. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We do not sell your personal information.

Keeping your information safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. We keep it for as long as you are a client or as needed to provide our services and meet legal requirements.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by calling +1 858-306-1006 or emailing olya@wowbeautycentre.com. To stop text messages, reply STOP. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email.

Children

This website and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
